Weekly Practice - April-May 2020
During lock down we will be offering a free weekly meditation session available to anyone to join.
If you would like to attend please email me and I will send you the connection details.
We will alternate between an evening practice one week (6.00-7.00pm) and a morning practice the next week (9.00-10.00am). Hopefully this will enable as many as want to attend to fit this in with other commitments.
Below is the schedule until 20th May. Each meeting will be open 10 minutes before the session start time to allow time for arrival and settling before we begin. Each session will include a guided practice and some time to share experiences if you want to.
Evening practice 15th April - 6-7pm
Morning practice 22nd April - 9-10am
Evening practice 29th April - 6-7pm
Morning practice 6th May - 9-10am
Evening practice 13th May - 6-7pm
Morning practice 20th May - 9-10am
It would be lovely to see you at any of these. No prior experience is necessary.
