Evenings of Mindfulness

All forthcoming practice evenings are cancelled until further notice due to coronavirus.  Instead there will be a weekly practice via Zoom and further details can be found under Weekly Practice Sessions. 

We hold regular practice evenings which anyone is welcome to attend.

These events are an opportunity to come together in a relaxed setting and experience guided meditation practice and discussion.

For those people who have attended a course this is an opportunity to re-connect and deepen or 'top-up' your practice.  For those who have not attended a course, but would like to join in guided meditations,  these events provide an opportunity to experience some of the practices.
